Davey’s Backyard Skiffle Band will be at the Oamaru Victorian Heritage Celebrations

The 2022 Oamaru Heritage Week (16-20 November 2022) will continue with the “Highland Fling” theme. 

With the uncertainty around Covid-19, the 2021 Heritage Week was canceled. Your best bet is to keep up to date with any changes to the event on Facebook. 

Davey’s Backyard Skiffle Band plan to be there, should the event continue as planned in 2022. The show features lots of quirky old-time instruments and a hideous amount of crashing, banging and chaos. Come along and have buckets of fun!

Celebrating all things Scottish, dust off your kilt & throw on some tartan ! Locals and visitors will enjoy a range of events throughout the week including historical talks, dances, traditional music, Victorian-style food, a garden party, penny-farthing races and more.  There's something for everyone!
